View your payment history

You can view your payment history on the billing tab of the Client Portal. 

Please note: If your practitioner isn't enrolled in Canopy Payments, this tab is only to view invoices and payment history.

1. Log into your Client Portal and click Billing in the navigation column.

2. Click Payment history


3. Click on a Payment to view its receipt.

  • The invoice number is in the top-right corner of each payment tile.
  • The payment date is beneath each payment amount.

4. Print or Download the payment receipt by clicking on the corresponding icon.


5. Click Back to return to the Payment History page.
